By accessing or purchasing from Rewoke Coffee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products

All products are food-grade and comply with FSSAI regulations. We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging, or pricing without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Ordering

An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

4. Pricing & GST

All prices are inclusive of GST (5% on coffee products, HSN 0901). Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. Delivery

We ship across India via Shiprocket-partnered couriers. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and design is the property of Rewoke Coffee. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewoke Coffee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
