Shipping Policy

Delivery Partner

We ship all orders across India through Shiprocket, which connects you to leading courier services including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Ekart. The courier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote and rural areas: 5–7 business days

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier partner and your location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an AWB (tracking) number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly on our website at /track/[order-id]or through the courier partner's website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

• Public holidays and festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.)
• Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
• Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

Rewoke Coffee is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address), the courier will attempt re-delivery up to 3 times. After that, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for a fresh dispatch.
