Our Policy

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Eligible Returns

  • Product arrived damaged or tampered
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Product has expired or near-expiry on arrival
  • Genuine quality complaint (taste, aroma significantly off)

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products that have been partially consumed (unless quality issue)
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@rewokecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps
  4. Approved returns will be picked up or a replacement shipped within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds typically arrive within 1–2 business days; card refunds may take up to 7 days depending on your bank.

COD orders will be refunded to your bank account via NEFT. Please share your account details when raising the return request.
