Salted Caramel Cold Brew

Bold cold brew with silky caramel and a pinch of sea salt

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Rewoke Coffee
  • 200ml cold water
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 50ml cold milk or cream
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. 1.Stir Rewoke Coffee into cold water until fully dissolved (it dissolves even in cold water!).
  2. 2.Add caramel sauce and sea salt. Stir well.
  3. 3.Fill a glass with ice.
  4. 4.Pour the coffee over ice.
  5. 5.Top with cold milk or cream — don't stir for a beautiful layered effect.
  6. 6.Drizzle extra caramel on top and add a pinch more sea salt.

Pro Tip

Make a large batch of salted caramel cold brew concentrate (4x strength) and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
