Salted Caramel Cold Brew
Bold cold brew with silky caramel and a pinch of sea salt

Ingredients
- —2 tsp Rewoke Coffee
- —200ml cold water
- —2 tbsp caramel sauce
- —Pinch of sea salt
- —50ml cold milk or cream
- —Ice cubes
Method
- 1.Stir Rewoke Coffee into cold water until fully dissolved (it dissolves even in cold water!).
- 2.Add caramel sauce and sea salt. Stir well.
- 3.Fill a glass with ice.
- 4.Pour the coffee over ice.
- 5.Top with cold milk or cream — don't stir for a beautiful layered effect.
- 6.Drizzle extra caramel on top and add a pinch more sea salt.
Pro Tip
Make a large batch of salted caramel cold brew concentrate (4x strength) and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
