Biscoff Frappé

Iced coffee blended with Biscoff spread for a caramelised biscuit finish

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Rewoke Coffee
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 200ml cold milk
  • 1.5 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 6–8 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream to top
  • 1 crushed Biscoff biscuit for garnish

Method

  1. 1.Dissolve Rewoke Coffee in hot water. Let cool for 2 minutes.
  2. 2.Add cold milk, Biscoff spread, ice cubes, and cooled coffee to a blender.
  3. 3.Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. 4.Pour into a tall glass.
  5. 5.Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  6. 6.Crumble a Biscoff biscuit on top.

Pro Tip

Warm the Biscoff spread slightly in the microwave (10 seconds) before blending — it incorporates much more smoothly.
