Biscoff Frappé
Iced coffee blended with Biscoff spread for a caramelised biscuit finish

Ingredients
- —2 tsp Rewoke Coffee
- —3 tbsp hot water
- —200ml cold milk
- —1.5 tbsp Biscoff spread
- —6–8 ice cubes
- —Whipped cream to top
- —1 crushed Biscoff biscuit for garnish
Method
- 01Dissolve Rewoke Coffee in hot water. Let cool for 2 minutes.
- 02Add cold milk, Biscoff spread, ice cubes, and cooled coffee to a blender.
- 03Blend until smooth and frothy.
- 04Pour into a tall glass.
- 05Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- 06Crumble a Biscoff biscuit on top.
Pro Tip
Warm the Biscoff spread slightly in the microwave (10 seconds) before blending — it incorporates much more smoothly.
